Incorrect ECMWF Data within F5

Post by Tristan Lueking » Tue Feb 11, 2014 12:57 pm

I just purchased a subscription because I love the way eurowx works and wanted an all in one type of solution with other models. The other models work great, however the Euro does not seem to be pulling in snow chart data or precipitation data correctly/at all. Is there some setting I need to turn on or is this a bug?

For example, I pull snow chart data for the east coast (Big storm coming) and can see great snow charts for the NAM and GFS. If I pull the same hour on the Euro I see no data at all.

Windows 8 64 bit, latest version available of F5. Let me know if you need any other info.

Thanks!

Ahhkk!! We just upgraded the resolution of the data yesterday, and it appears that screwed with the compatibility with F5Data... sorry about that.

I'll work on a fix and send out a software update hopefully tonight or tomorrow.

no no.. I just feel bad...horrible timing for this to happen. I think I can get an update out in a couple hours though. When you start F5 it will tell you there's an update when its available, or you can monitor this page:

I was able to resolve the issue on the server-side. ECMWF maps should be working now in F5.

Yes! It is working now! Awesome, your software has saved me the hassle of having to subscribe to/check tons of other sites. Thank you!

Not to change the subject of the thread but is there any word on when the mobile app will be available and namely if it will ever be available for android? I would love to have mobile models on my phone/tablet...

Thanks again!
