30aug am data 6+hrs old?

Post by Paul Gabriel » Tue Aug 30, 2011 6:24 am

Relatively new to f5data so wondering about the data I was receiving 30aug 1100z 0600cdt. GOES data went back to ~0100cdt, and models and mesoanalysis were also stale by 6 to 10 hours. Thought it might have something to do with cache, so I closed f5 and reopened and there was no change, so I'm assuming that the f5data servers were down as broadband on my side was working aok. Can this be confirmed. I did not notice a warning at the bottom of screen saying download failed so not exactly clear what was going on. And is there a server status webpage to alert user on connective development site. thanks.

We had DNS issues from last night into this morning. The problem has been resolved and data is updating as we speak.
