1) navigate to the C:\F5\warnings directory
2) open up current_ww.shp.ini into a text editor
3) Do a Find/Replace of all instances of:
label.visible=YES
and replace with
label.visible=NO

There should be like 61 or 62 instances it replaces.
4) Save the changes

Then reload your warnings map and it shouldn't have any labels on it.
